Abstract
["What exactly does 'society of equals' in relation to gender? Does this imply that equality at least implicit recognition that gender differences are culturally imposed in the service of the dominant interests? What does this mean in practice ?, how is concrete? Will the gender equality recognition of a 'differential dignity' distinguishes women and men without legitimizing the subordination of each other? Who should define what this 'differential dignity' ?, Who and how can you characterize it? How to design and how to treat people who do not conform to these characterizations?"]
