Vakf-İbtidânın Ayetlerin Anlaşılmasındaki Rolü

Abstract

Kur’ân ilimleri içerisinde önemli bir yere sahip olan vakf-ibtidâ, Kur’ân’ın hem metinsel hem de manaya yansıyan yönüyle okunması bağlamında önem arz eden bir husustur. Mananın tamam olduğu yerde okumayı keserek nefes almayı ifade eden vakf ile mana bütünlüğüne uygun düşen yerden başlayarak okumayı ifade eden ibtidâ, Kur’ân’ın tefsiri, mana ve maksatlarının ortaya çıkarılmasında önemli role sahiptir. Zira mananın tamam olduğu yerlerde yapılan vakf ile mana bütünlüğüne bağlı olarak en uygun yerden okumaya devam etmek olan ibtidâ, doğru bir şekilde tatbik edilmediği taktirde mananın değişmesi ve hatta bozulması söz konusudur. Kıraat ilmi için olduğu kadar Kur’an tefsiri için de önemli olan vakf-ibtidâ ilmi, Kur’an tefsirinde sahih itikadın, hükümlerin sağlam bir şekilde tespiti, doğru mananın ortaya konulması vb. birçok hususta etkin role sahiptir. Bu makalede, vakf-ibtidânın ayetlerin anlamı ile olan irtibatı ortaya konulmaya çalışılacaktır. Bu bağlamda öncelikle konuyla alakalı kavram ve yapılan tasnifler ele alınacak ardından vakf-ibtidâ meselesinin önemi ve anlam üzerindeki etkin rolü, örnek ayetlerle incelenecektir

Role of Wakf & İbtidâ in the Understanding of the Qur’anic Verses The issue of Waqf and Ibtida has an important place in Quran sciences and is a matter of great importance in the context of reading the Qur’an regarding both the text and mean- ing. The term “waqf” refers to pausing the reading and breathing where the meaning in- tegrity is completed and “ibtida” is starting the reading from the place that suits the proper meaning. Both terms have an important role in the commentary of Qur’an and uncovering the meaning and purpose of the Qur’anic text. If waqf (pausing the reading where appropriate) and ibtida (continuing the reading from the most appropriate place) is not practiced correctly, this may change or even corrupt the meaning of the verse. The science of Waqf and Ibtida which is important for recitation as well as for the inter- pretation of the Qur’an, has an effective role in many aspects of the Qur’anic commentary, including the authentic interpretation of the faith, a firmly determination of legal rulings and revealing the true meaning of the Qur’an. This article will attempt to put forward the relation of Waqf and ibtida with the meaning of Qur’anic verses. In this regard, first, we will discuss the concepts and classifications that are relevant to the topic, and then the importance of Waqf and Ibtida and its effect on meaning with examples from Qur’anic verses
