Abstract
Aquel sindicalismo masculino, industrial y de gran empresa profundamente obrerista condiciona la necesidad de la adaptación, pero la realidad es hoy totalmente distinta" ["I express my satisfaction at work on a reflection on the unionism morning. Must from today, what now it happens, the need for unions to adapt to new productive realities, new ways of organizing work, great technological revolution and much more. that male, industrial and large business unionism deeply obrerista conditions the need of adaptation, but the reality is today totally different"]
