Abstract
Now sixteen years ago, in living Church spoke of the restoration Church as a possible alternative for the future in the Church (1). So then was presented as prognosis at this time is already a diagnosis Consolidated. Just as then, so now we want is help understand the new ecclesial situation we are living, providing for it our voice and our thinking, analyzing their symptoms and finding its seeds and roots"]
