Abstract
The paper explores the Malaysian and Indonesian banks practices of Islamic credit card by analysing their structures and operations of implementing the card and then connects it to the Shariah issues and legal framework. The findings prove that the strcutures and operation applied in both countries are different, including in responding the Shariah issues.
