Abstract
The paper explores and examines the readiness and self efficacyof the teachers at Pondok Pesantren Al Ikhsan, Riau in order to meet the requirement of the curricullum. The sudy reveals that actually mostly teachers are not ready yet, proved by the fact that most teachers are not confident with their ability to teach with the higher standard,so improving the teachers'c ability is needed.

Export search results
