Abstract
The model of productive development - inclusive started in Argentina in 2003, generated a series of breaks in relation to the labor market and employment policies of the neoliberal model. However, with regard specifically to job training policies, significant breaks that seem like continuidades- also replicate some of the limits is evidence that public policy had job training (PPCL), in the neoliberal model. In this context, the general objective of this thesis project is to establish, from the characterization of the Neoliberal Model Development and Production-Inclusive, major continuities and ruptures in PPCL implemented in the Salesian College San Jose (SJC) to Rosario, between 1994 and 2012"]
