Abstract

"En 1991, la creación de la Administración Nacional de la Seguridad Social (en adelante, ANSES) como organismo regulador del Sistema de Seguridad Social Argentino, se desarrolla en un contexto de transformaciones en las políticas sociales, vinculadas a la instauración plena del modelo económico neoliberal en nuestro país.
