Abstract
This work is primarily intended to alert to the need to revise the traditional epistemological paradigm, according to which, the root of our ethical and moral decisions based permanently on a rational basis. Considering the data obtained by the human brain MRI it appears that indeed the interaction of several of its areas (cortex posterior cingulate, medial frontal gyrus, superior temporal sulcus) contribute to the nature of moral decision based, first, the functioning and  organization of the brain of emotions than actually a rationale decision.  By admitting this principle several consequences necessarily occur not only in terms of a better knowledge of nature / human brain as a moral decision to act, but also because of referring us to a renewed reflection  on the great issues of freedom / moral responsibility. Furthermore, although it is noted the emergence of new fields of knowledge that by their interdisciplinary nature, contribute to a reflection on the contributions of research in neuroscience and implications particularly in the world of justice, employment, psychology, psychiatry, Philosophy (neurophilosophy) education (neuroeducation) and ethics (neuroethics)"]
