Abstract
"This paper investigates the construction of Khaled M. Abou al-Fadl’s hermeneutics on hadits gender by examining its authentity and interpreation. This study analyses a number of fatwas from The Council of Scientific Research and Legal Opinion, a part of the Saudi based Fatwa Institure. Finally, the main finding of the research is tha each author's subjectivity can be tightly attached to the hadiths that he or she revealed which historically must be explored."
