Abstract
O consentimento infor- mado contextualizado pretende minizar a resposta nocebo, mantendo a autonomia do paciente" ["Respect for informed consent requires the doctor to the patient and explain the sec- ondary effects of therapeutic prescribing. In its result can arise known as incidental effects of nocebo effect or negative placebo. This contradicts the principle of non-maleficence. There is some controversy on the information to be provided you should consider the possible side effects and should be appropriate for each patient, information receivable. Consent contextualized informed intends minizar the nocebo response while maintaining the autonomy of the patient"]
