Abstract
O Direito à Saúde a. A theme so vast, complex and present, let me establish a set of assumptions that, in our view, can help to mark this debate. I will present this text in the form of some summary notes, subject to desirable extension of the debate 1. The Right to Health The. Which is a clearly established right in such important documents as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, our Constitution or in the documents issued by the WHO, it is at present drawing attention to the need that it contains a pro-active participation of the own citizen who is he also responsible for the maintenance of your health"]
