Abstract
Nestas situações coloca-se, de forma pertinente, em termos éticos e legais, a questão do conhecimento do(s) progenitor(es) biológico(s)" ["The evolution of human assisted reproductive technologies in recent decades allowed the use of gametes (sperm and oocytes) donor, and the adoption of cryopreserved embryos for couples where one or both members are sterile. In general, these are the situations in which our country is legally allowed the existence of a descendant not biological one or both members of a particular family. In these situations arises, of pertinently, in ethical and legal terms, the question of knowledge (s) of parent (s) biological (s)"]
