Abstract
"Advances in knowledge and related developments in the procedures of molecular biology, genetics and artificial fertilization have long made it possible to experiment with and successfully achieve the cloning of plants and animals. Since the '30s experiments have been made in producing identical individuals by artificial twin splitting, a procedure which can be improperly called cloning."
