Penilaian Kinerja Guru Mandiri dengan Metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) di SD Kristen Satya Wacana Salatiga

Abstract

Penilaian kinerja guru (PKG) pada suatu sekolah berfungsi sebagai bahan evaluasi dalam usaha perbaikan mutu sekolah. PKG akan lebih optimal dilakukan apabila sekolah memiliki PKG mandiri yang dapat digunakan sebagai usaha peningkatan mutu sekolah. Tujuan dari adanya PKG mandiri adalah untuk membantu sekolah dalam melakukan PKG yang sesuai dengan visi, misi, dan tujuan yang ingin dicapai sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1) mengetahui tahapan perancangan PKG Mandiri dengan menggunakan metode AHP, 2) mengetahui sasaran strategis PKG Mandiri, dan 3) menganalisis kinerja guru apakah sudah mencapai 80%. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang dipadukan dengan kuantitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 16 guru yang terdiri dari 13 guru kelas dan 3 guru mata pelajaran di SD Kristen Satya Wacana Salatiga. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, jajak pendapat, dan dokumentasi. Data diolah dengan menggunakan metode AHP dengan bantuan program penghitungan aplikasi online AHP-OS Home Version 2014. Setelah memperoleh pembobotan dari metode AHP, data dianalisis dengan metode traffic lights system, dan dilakukan uji hipotesis.
 Di akhir penelitian, didapatkan format PKG Mandiri di SD Kristen Satya Wacana Salatiga beserta tahapan pembuatannya, sasaran prioritas kompetensi guru yang ingin diunggulkan di SD Kristen Satya Wacana Salatiga, serta hasil analisis yang menunjukkan bahwa kinerja guru SD Satya Wacana terindikasi degan traffic lights berwarna hijau, dengan nilai kinerja sebesar 85%.

Teacher Assessment (PKG) in a school used for an evaluation to improve the quality of school itself. PKG will be optimally done if the school has an independent teacher assessment which can be used as an effort to improve the quality of school. The purpose of this independent PKG is to assist school in conducting PKG in accordance with the visions, missions, and objectives of the school. This study aims to 1) determine the stages to design an Independent PKG by using AHP, 2) determine the strategic objectives of Independent PKG, and 3) to analyze the performance of teacher whether it reaches 80%. This study is a qualitative combined with quantitative descriptive research. The subject of research was 16 teachers consisted of 13 classroom teachers and three subject teachers in Satya Wacana Christian Elementary School Salatiga. The technique of collecting data used questionnaires, polls, and documentation. Data were counted by using AHP helped with online application counting program AHP-OS Home Version 2014. After obtaining the weight competencies of AHP, the data were analyzed by the method of traffic lights system and descriptive hypotheses test. At the end of the study, obtained independent PKG format in Satya Wacana Christian Elementary School Salatiga along with stages, priority objectives, appropriate with the school’s visions, missions, and goals, as well as the result of the analysis showed that the performance of teacher in Satya Wacana Christian Elementary School indicated with green lights (in traffic lights system), with the value of the performance by 85%.
