Abstract
"Most of the estimated 400 000 Canadians who experience heart failure are 65 years of age or older. Heart failure is the most frequent reason for hospital admission for older adults. Admission for heart failure is a marker of disease progression, a cause of poor quality of life and a burden to the health care system. With the increase of the mean age of the population, the prevalence of heart failure and related hospital admissions are projected to double over the next 2–3 decades."

To select a subset of the search results, click "Selective Export" button and make a selection of the items you want to export. The amount of items that can be exported at once is similarly restricted as the full export.

After making a selection, click one of the export format buttons. The amount of items that will be exported is indicated in the bubble next to export format.
