Toleransi Beragama Dalam Perspektif HAM di Indonesia

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the religious tolerance from the perspective of human rights in Indonesia. As a result, the religion can be the positive energy to build a tolerant value in order to realize justice and a prosperous country, as mandated by 1945 Constitution. This is proven by the human rights guarantees against someone, especially in term of religion.
