Abstract
The problem to raise a critical part of the official conception of gender equity in Mexico, which took more strongly during the last decade of the twentieth century by the momentum of a feminist movement Eurocentric features at par, by a neoliberal ideology concocted from international organizations, from which the dominant paradigm that for decades has been guiding the design of public policies established. However, more recently, parallel to that speech has been building an alternative paradigm from traditionally marginalized and excluded from the dominant economic and political system stakeholders, I refer specifically to the case of the Zapatista women whose claims are partly similar to the the broader feminist movement, despite their struggle has substantial differences highlighted in this document and which constitute an important contribution to the de-colonial theory"]
