Abstract
"La tensión entre Sistema Únicos de Salud y sistemas de aseguramiento son una realidad en casi toda Latinoamérica, con prevalencia en países como Colombia. Una tensión casi permanente entre el Derecho Fundamental a la Salud y el aseguramiento privado. El primero basado en el enfoque de derechos, irrenunciable, inalienables, universales e inherentes a la persona humana, con gran preponderancia de la salud colectiva y pública; y los otros basados en premisas de mercado, de costo beneficio, de coberturas “universales”, de planes limitados de servicios, de exclusiones, de copagos, cuotas moderadores y cuotas de recuperación, de lógicas afincadas en el aseguramiento de tipo privado y en la capacidad de pago de las personas y lógicamente de barreras de acceso de todo tipo en aras de maximizar las ganancias y de hacer más rentable el negocio de la salud" ["The tension between Unified Health System and assurance systems are a reality in almost all Latin America, with prevalence in countries like Colombia. An almost constant tension between the fundamental right to health and private insurance. The first based on the rights approach, irrevocable, inalienable, universal and inherent in the human person, with great preponderance of collective and public health; and the other based on market assumptions, cost benefit, "universal" coverage, limited service plans, exclusions, copayments, moderators quotas and fees recovery, logical settled down in securing private nature and the affordability of people and logically barriers of all kinds in order to maximize profits and make the business more profitable health"]

Export search results

The export option will allow you to export the current search results of the entered query to a file. Different formats are available for download. To export the items, click on the button corresponding with the preferred download format.

By default, clicking on the export buttons will result in a download of the allowed maximum amount of items.

To select a subset of the search results, click "Selective Export" button and make a selection of the items you want to export. The amount of items that can be exported at once is similarly restricted as the full export.

After making a selection, click one of the export format buttons. The amount of items that will be exported is indicated in the bubble next to export format.
