Abstract

A inteligibilidade da linguagem e da realidade são princípios compatíveis, desde a Idade Média, e desaguam, hoje, no agir comunicativo, ou no princípio dialógico da intercomunicação viva e vivenciada, que encontra no Direito, a sua extensão social. A linguagem, sempre plural e polissêmica que se autoapresenta, que se autojustifica e se autointerpreta, confirma a necessidade de uma hermenêutica à sua base, enquanto atesta a existência de uma pluralidade de formas no que concerne à inteligibilidade do real, da qual o Direito é a expressão no âmbito e no plano do legal-ilegal.
