Abstract

"Sidérese, a centelha divina ou consciência humana, é entendida como uma capacidade moral de discernimento que permaneceu com o ser humano após sua queda. Já o ato do ser humano consiste na prática constante do reconhecimento de que ele não é nada diante de Deus. Portanto, opta-se pela prática do que é bom, mas reconhece-se humildemente como pecador. Mediante graça divina, o ser humano é capacitado para despertar a sua centelha ou semente original e então ser um com Deus. Fica o questionamento se este impulso pode leválo de volta a Deus, enquanto conexão com algo mais elevado que si mesmo.
