Abstract
"As dúvidas e inquietações em torno da educação para a docência no espaço-tempo das escolas infantis permeiam o caminho desta pesquisa que é norteada pelos anseios de alguém que se reconhece um sujeito social em permanente processo de educação. Entendo que educação é a forma pela qual o ser humano se constitui agente de transformação social. Porém, qual a importância que os/as professores/as que desenvolvem sua atividade com crianças na faixa etária de zero a seis anos atribuem a sua educação, como conduzem o processo de educação continuada? A experiência docente revelou muitas inquietações na maneira como é pensado o cotidiano das escolas infantis e, em particular, a forma de perceber o professor. Com a realização desta pesquisa, busquei questionar e compreender a maneira como vem sendo pensada a educação de professores/as e o cotidiano de uma escola infantil do município de Três de Maio. Em meio ao cotidiano do fazer educativo, busquei entender, no espaço-tempo da escola infantil, quais as relações de poderes e saberes que orientam a educação continuada e a prática pedagógica do professor/a" ["The doubts and concerns around education to teaching in children’s school space-time permeate the way of this research that is guided by the wishes of someone that recognizes a social subject in a permanent education process. I understand that education is the way which the human being constitutes agent of social transformation. However, what is the significance that the teachers who work with children from 0 to 6 years old attribute to their education? How they lead the continuing education? The teaching experience revealed many concerns in the way the children’s school daily life is thought and, in particular, how to understand the teacher. With this research I sought to question and understand the way how the teachers education and the daily life of a children’s school in Três de Maio city has been thought. Amid the process educational daily life, I sought to understand, the children’s school space-time, which relations of power and knowledge guide the continuing education and the teacher’s pedagogical practice"]
