Abstract
"As condições objetivas para o ensino de teologia no Brasil mudaram. Ensinar teologia não é mais uma atribuição privativa das denominações religiosas. O ensino da teologia, em cursos reconhecidos, está sob o controle do sistema federal de ensino. Quais as conseqüências da passagem do ensino de teologia do espaço privado para o público? Qual a diferença entre o ensino de teologia sob o livre-arbítrio das instituições religiosas para o ensino sob o arbítrio determinado do Estado Democrático de Direito? O artigo reflete sobre essa mudança no caráter do ensino da teologia brasileira. As condições político-pedagógicas asseguradas e garantidas pela inserção de poucos cursos de teologia no sistema federal de ensino ensejaram que o ensino da teologia brasileira – pela primeira vez em sua história – vivenciasse a liberdade republicana da educação pública" ["The objective conditions for theological education in Brazil have changed. Teach Theology is no longer a private allocation of religious denominations. The education theology in recognized courses, is under the control of the federal educational system. What are the consequences of the passage of the theology of private space education for the public? What is the difference between the teaching of theology under the free will of religious institutions for teaching under the determined will of the State Democratic rights? The article reflects on this change in the character of the teaching of Brazilian theology. The political-pedagogical conditions ensured and guaranteed by the insertion of a few theology courses in the federal educational system gave rise to the teaching of Brazilian theology - for the first time in its history - vivenciasse republican freedom of public education"]
