Abstract
Also the social impacts are visible in weakening of collective institutions - including religious - individualism apogee as reference standards and values and undeniable marginalization of the masses. However, the access technology is not sufficient for the establishment of solid relationships. Do not just be on globalization to gain citizenship. This article, in addition to pay attention to the economic and social injustices, aims to question the information and individualism as attributes of human dignity and meets the Milton Santos calls "another globalization""]
