Midiatização da Igreja Evangélica de Confissão Luterana no Brasil por meio do Jornal Evangélico [Media coverage of the Evangelical Church of Lutheran Confession in Brazil through the Evangelical Journal]

Abstract

"O processo de midiatização da Igreja Evangélica de Confissão Luterana no Brasil (IECLB) através do seu Jornal Evangélico (Jorev) é marcado por conflitualidades inerentes às lógicas que presidem os campos midiático e religioso. Destaco a peculiaridade desta midiatização que ocorre no interior do campo religioso, o processo histórico que culminou com a estratégia da IECLB de constituir um jornal para realizar seus objetivos interacionais e a gênese do Jorev. Finalmente, aponto para as tensões de campos ao longo da existência do jornal, a partir de cartas, relatórios e atas produzidas no interior do campo religioso. Portanto, neste artigo busco analisar o processo histórico pelo qual o Jorev se constituiu como dispositivo de comunicação da IECLB, configurando uma relação tensa entre campos, mas também sendo implicado nos embates internos do corpo social do campo religioso por reconhecimento e poder" ["The media coverage of the process of the Evangelical Church of the Lutheran Confession in Brazil (IECLB) through its Evangelical Journal (Jorev) is marked by conflictualities inherent logic governing the media and religious fields. Finally, I point to the fields of tensions along the paper's existence, from letters, reports and minutes produced within the religious field. So in this article we analyze the historical process by which the Jorev constituted as IECLB communication device, setting up a tense relationship between fields, but also being involved in the internal conflicts of the social body of the religious field for recognition and power"]
