Abstract
THE ORGANIZATIONAL COMPONENT OF LEARNING CYCLES IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS: AN OPERATIONAL DEFINITION ABSTRACT. Our research program aims to evaluate the implementation of learning cycles in Québec’s elementary schools. In previous work we have defined the concept of learning cycle (Archambault, 2008). Here we 1) define the organizational component of learning cycles in order to offer guidelines for the implementation of learning cycles, and  2) operationalize learning cycles so as to evaluate their implementation and their effects on students’ learning.
