Abstract
<p style="margin-top: 0.21cm; margin-bottom: 0.35cm; orphans: 2; widows: 2;" align="justify"> </p>Las actuales condiciones tecnológicas de la sociedad informacional imprimen una nueva forma específica de organización social que se inspira en la transformación de la información en conocimiento y de este último en innovación, imprescindible para transformar la realidad social. Bajo estas condiciones el presente trabajo tiene el objetivo de evidenciar las insuficiencias que presentan ciertos investigadores de las Ciencias Sociales en Cuba, así como concebir y fundamentar una competencia informacional para investigadores en Ciencias Sociales, como alternativa pedagógica para potenciar su desempeño investigativo exitoso y paliar tales insuficiencias. Esta competencia se sustenta en novedosos resultados teóricos y metodológicos del Enfoque Informacional del Paradigma Sistémico, el que está en condiciones de fortalecer la rigurosidad investigativa que actualmente se demanda en estas ciencias. Finalmente, se recomiendan particularidades esenciales de carácter pedagógico para la formación de esta competencia, pudiéndose concluir que su formación no se reduce a la utilización mecánica de las TIC, pues también es necesario el autodesarrollo de la conciencia humana en la generación de conocimiento informacional, como base para la innovación investigativa transformadora de la realidad social.<p style="margin-top: 0.21cm; margin-bottom: 0.35cm; orphans: 2; widows: 2;" align="justify"> </p><p>PALABRAS CLAVE: competencia informacional; formación de investigadores; ciencias sociales.</p><p style="margin-top: 0.21cm; margin-bottom: 0.35cm; orphans: 2; widows: 2;" align="justify"> </p><p class="Predeterminado">THE INFORMATIONAL COMPETENCE: CHALLENGE FOR THE FORMATION OF RESEARCHES IN SOCIAL SCIENCES</p><p>ABSTRACT</p><p style="margin-top: 0.21cm; margin-bottom: 0.35cm; orphans: 2; widows: 2;" align="justify"> </p><p>Current technological conditions of the informational society print a new specific form of social organization that is inspired by the transformation of information into knowledge and this latest in innovation, essential to transform social reality. Under these conditions, this paper aims to evidence the inadequacies present in researchers of social sciences in Cuba, as well as develop and support an informational competition for researchers in the social sciences as an educational alternative to enhance their successful research performance and mitigate such insufficiencies. This competence is based on new theoretical and methodological results of Informational Approach Systemic Paradigm, which is able to fortify the investigative thoroughness that actually is demanded in these sciences. Finally, essential peculiarities of pedagogical character for the formation of this competence are recommended, it is concluded that their training is not limited to the mechanical use of ICT, as the self-development of human consciousness in the generation of informational knowledge is also required, as transforming research basis for innovation of social reality.</p><p style="margin-top: 0.21cm; margin-bottom: 0.35cm; orphans: 2; widows: 2;" align="justify"> </p><p>KEYWORDS: informational competence; formation of researches; social sciences.</p>
