Теоретичні аспекти в дослідженнях у визначенні якості засобів навчального призначення на електронних носіях

Abstract

Розглянуто н’юанси дослідження проблем досягнення високого рівня якості освіти, проблем визначення якості електронних засобів навчального призначення загальноосвітнього середовища в Україні на сучасному етапі створення єдиного освітнього простору в Україні. Розглянуто і описано сукупності різнорідних аспектів в дослідженнях проблем досягнення високого рівня якості освіти і освітніх послуг. Звернуто увагу на тимчасові педагогічні вимоги, які є нормативним обґрунтуванням в орієнтаціях для визначення якості програмних засобів навчального призначення загальноосвітнього середовища в Україні. Зважаючи на основні принципи щодо організації педагогічних електронних засобів навчання, описано спрямування досліджень в умовах формування глобального міжнародного освітнього середовища і єдиного інформаційного простору системи освіти.

In the article are considered and described important aspects in researches of problems of achievement of a high degree of quality of formation and educational services, and as problems in researches at definition of quality of tutorials on electronic carriers for the general educational environment in Ukraine for today in the conditions of formation of the global international educational environment and uniform information field of an education system. The attention to sources which are a standard substantiation in orientations at creation of means of educational appointment on electronic carriers and quality definition program means of educational appointment of the general educational environment in Ukraine. It wear mentioned about directions in the organization of researches under conditions of formation of the global international educational environment and uniform information field of an education system in a channel to rise to a great height availability of educational services.
