Relatório final de estágio pedagógico: relatório final de estágio realizado na Escola Secundária da Amadora

Abstract

O presente relatório é o resultado de uma reflexão e análise crítica do estágio pedagógico realizado no decurso do ano letivo 2017/2018, na Escola Secundária da Amadora, integrado no Mestrado em Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário da Faculdade de Motricidade Humana, sobre as quatros áreas subjacentes a este processo: Área 1 – Organização e Gestão do Ensino e da Aprendizagem; Área 2 – Investigação e Inovação Pedagógica; Área 3 – Participação na Escola e Área 4 – Relação com a Comunidade. O documento que se segue apresenta uma avaliação didática pessoal, baseada em reflexões sobre ações tomadas durante o estágio pedagógico, numa visão projetiva sobre a profissão. O enquadramento teórico apresentado é baseado na importância do caráter reflexivo, na construção e no desenvolvimento da identidade profissional. Na formação de professores, a literatura demonstra que o conhecimento do “Eu” é um elemento crucial da forma como os professores interpretam e constroem a natureza da sua profissão. Refletir para agir e refletir sobre a ação são um dos grandes desafios propostos ao longo do estágio pedagógico e discutido no presente documento. Os processos avaliativos são determinantes no desenvolvimento da ação educativa, sendo um pilar essencial na melhoria da aprendizagem dos alunos. O presente relatório visa deste modo efetuar um balanço sobre as competências adquiridas e os objetivos alcançados, assim como projetar o que será o futuro.

This report is the outcome of a reflection and critical analysis of the pedagogical internship that took place during the school year of 2017/2018, in the Secondary School Amadora, which was integrated in the Teaching Physical Education Master’s Degree course Faculty of Human Kinetics. This reflection lies in four fundamental areas: Area 1 – Organization and Management of Teaching and Learning Processes; Area 2 – Pedagogical Research and Innovation; Area 3 – Participating in School Activities and Area 4 – Relationship with the Community. The following document presents a personal didactic evaluation, based on the reflection of the actions and decisions that were taken during the internship, in what one could call a projective point of view of the profession. The theoretical framework that is exposed on this document is based on the importance of reflection in the construction and development of the professional identity. Literature demonstrates that self-knowledge is crucial for the way teachers interpret and build the nature of their profession. One of the biggest challenges during the internship, and one that is discussed in this document, is the reflective process as a way to take an action and to reflect on it. The evaluation processes are decisive for the development of the educational action, being also a pillar of the improvement of the students’ learning process. This report intends to look back and analyze the learnt skills and the goals that were achieved, just as much as it intends to project the future.
