AbstractThe movement of “Sinano Agricultural Production College" which started in 1960 has had much influence upon the study of adult education. It created what is called 'the triple learning structure' and ‘the unity in production learning and politics.' These concepts are now taken for granted in the field of practices. In this paper main focus is laid on‘production learning', especially on its relation with politics. Finally a new interpretation of its significance and potentiality will be proposed after the critical survey of previous studies.
