Abstract
El artículo expone la experiencia docente de la metodología "Aprendizaje Servicio" y espera resaltar las posibilidades que brinda a la enseñanza de la ética, al estímulo por la responsabilidad social y a la formación en valores en el marco de las actividades curriculares en enfermería. La metodología busca fomentar, por una parte, la participación comprometida de los estudiantes en el proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje y, por otra, fortalecer el componente de entrega de un servicio de calidad a la comunidad. Como marco pedagógico experiencial, potencia el pensamiento crítico y la resolución de problemas, y motiva una reflexión formal durante la experiencia.<br>Este artigo expõe a experiência docente da metodologia "aprendizagem serviço" e ressalta as possibilidades que brinda o ensino da ética, ao estímulo pela responsabilidade social e a formação em valores no marco das atividades curriculares da área da enfermagem. A metodologia busca fomentar, por uma parte, a participação comprometida dos estudantes no processo ensino-aprendizagem e, de outro, fortalecer o componente de entrega de um serviço de qualidade para a comunidade. Como marco pedagógico experiencial, potencia o pensamento crítico e a resolução de problemas, bem como motiva uma reflexão formal durante a experiência.<br>This paper explains the teaching experience of the "Service Learning" methodology, and it hopes to point out the possibilities that it offers for the teaching of ethics, as well as for the stimulation of social responsability and to form values in the frame of curricular activities in nursing. This methodology searches to encourage, on one hand, students' compromised participation in the teaching-apprenticeship process and, on the other hand, to fortify the giving component of a good quality' component for the community. As an experienced pedagogical frame, it strengthens the critical thought and problems' resolutions, and it encourages a formal reflection during the experience.
