Abstract
En el artículo presento sucintamente el comportamiento del escenario educativo internacional, en el que se aporta la visión prospectiva y estrategias de la educación universitaria con énfasis en los valores humanos. Se despliega un estudio del contexto nacional cubano desde la perspectiva de la relación universidad-sociedad, con una particularización de esa relación desde y hacia la universidad médica y su pertinencia social como enclave al cual se demanda alta responsabilidad como parte relevante de la sociedad civil. El artículo dedica amplia atención al estudio de los procesos de la subjetividad individual y grupal e incursiona en la conceptualización de los proyectos de vida, insertos en la realidad cotidiana del país. Como elemento medular, aborda el proceso formativo, sus componentes, factores y actores que involucra, en la consecución de la estrategia y el proyecto educativo. Con ello aspira a ofrecer su contribución en los esfuerzos que emprende la Educación Médica Superior en el perfeccionamiento del proceso formativo que privilegia la educación en elevados valores humanos de los profesionales del sector que demanda hoy el país<br>In the article was presented the characteristics of the international educational scenario succinctly, which offers a prospective vision and university education strategies with emphasis in the human values. A study of the Cuban national context from the perspective of the university-society relationship is carried out, with a particularization of that relationship from and toward the medical university and its social relevancy as a place which is demanded high responsibility because of its responsability as a mayor part of the civil society. The article dedicates wide attention to the study of the processes of the individual and grupal subjectivity and deals with the conceptualization of life projects, connected to the daily reality of the country. As medullar element, it approaches the formative process, its components, factors and actors involved, in the attainment of the strategy and the educational project. It intends to offer its contribution in the efforts that undertakes the Superior Medical Education in the improvement of the formative process that privileges the education of the professionals of this field in high human values
