Sofrimento psíquico grave de adolescentes em privação de liberdade : um estudo exploratório

Este estudo teve como principal objetivo sistematizar os principais aspectos psicossociais e socioeducacionais que se relacionam com o sofrimento psíquico de adolescentes que cumprem medida sócio-educativa em privação de liberdade. Para tanto, buscou-se verificar os principais sinais e sintomas identificados pelos próprios sujeitos em relação à sua condição de saúde/doença mental. De maneira semelhante, objetivou-se conhecer as percepções sobre as condições ambientais da instituição pesquisada e a utilização dos atuais recursos disponíveis pelas Gerência de Saúde e Gerência da Escola. A proposta metodológica dessa pesquisa se baseou na análise quanti-qualitativa de entrevistas semi-estruturadas realizadas com 36 internos em uso de medicação psiquiátrica contínua. Os dados apontaram que as experiências de insônia e pesadelos, associadas ou não às vivências de perda de realidade (alucinações) constituíram a queixa mais frequente. O comportamento autopunitivo apareceu em segundo lugar. Com relação aos fatores ambientais, verificou-se que a instituição é percebida, de modo geral, como sendo um ambiente seguro e estável, garantindo a integridade física e a manutenção da saúde. Dentre os atuais recursos disponíveis pelo núcleo da Saúde, notou-se que a administração de anticonvulsivantes, em associação com outros psicotrópicos tem sido amplamente utilizada. A escola foi percebida como importante dispositivo de saúde mental disponível na instituição. Por meio das percepções dos adolescentes que não gostam de ir à escola, pôde-se verificar que esse grupo, não desvaloriza o saber, ao contrário, anseiam por conhecimento, entretanto, frustraram-se por não terem suas necessidades educacionais adequadamente atendidas, afirmando que a escola é fraca ou que simplesmente não aprendem. Por fim, dentre as conclusões possíveis, orientadas pelo pensamento winnicottiano, observou-se que a instituição em análise é percebida enquanto representante da função paterna. Todavia, para que o processo de autocura seja alcançado, tal como Winnicott compreende, é necessário que se atue também na formação de vínculos terapêuticos. O grupo de professores é identificado como a principal ferramenta de mudança. _________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT

This study had the objective to systemize the main psycho-social and socio-educational aspects that related with the psychic suffering of adolescents in conflict of law and freedom privation. This research wanted to verify the signals and symptoms identified trough themselves perceptions related on their condition of health/insanity. In similar way, it was objectified to know the opinions of the ambient conditions of the institution the use of the current available resources for Health Service and Educational Service. The methodological proposal is based on the quant-qualitative analysis of interviews half-structuralized carried through with 36 teenagers were using psychiatric medication continuously. The data had pointed the experiences of sleeplessness and nightmares, associates or not with experiences of loss of reality (hallucinations) had constituted the illness most frequent. The self-punishment behavior appeared at second place. With regard to the ambient factors, it was verified that institution had, in general way, guaranteed the physical integrity and the maintenance of the health. Amongst the current available resources of Health Service, the administration of anticonvulsivants, in association with other psychotropic drugs has been widely used. The school was viewed as important device of available in the institution. By means of the adolescent’s understanding who do not like to go to the school, they don’t disqualify the knowledge, in contrast, they wanted for knowledge, however, they were frustrated for not having their educational supplies adequately, affirming that the school is weak or they do not learn. Finally, among the possible conclusions guided for the Winnicott’s thought, it was observed that institution in analysis is a representative of the paternal function. However, to begins the self-cure process is necessary that formation of therapeutical bonds. The group of teachers is identified as the main tool of change.
