Abstract
Summary The current organisation of international relationship is based upon : a) the moral monopoly of a system, economic liberalism alongside democracy b) an hyperpower, the United States of America This situation leads to a raising of no-called moral standards in war and politics. Bringing moral discredit upon the adversary becomes systematic. In a structural way, the opponent is a necessary element of balance, which explains that a new enemy is made up as soon as the old one disappears. As the established laws and order are contested by new forces, their changing forms are easily discredited because of their unconventional methods of action.
