Abstract
The book comprises a comparative study on the legal aspects of cosmetic surgeries with a special focus on the Egyptian and French legal systems. It consists of six chapters: the attitude of court rulings towards cosmetic surgeries; cosmetic surgeries and the concept of medical work; the therapeutic objective of cosmetic surgeries; cosmetic surgeries and the notion of social benefit; liability of the cosmetic surgeon; and the attitude of Islamic sharia towards cosmetic surgeries.Date
