AbstractThis work called "The Rules and Indiscipline in a Kindergarten" is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part describes concepts such as child socialization, the development of moral reasoning in a pre-school age, the notion of discipline and non-discipline. The conclusion of the theoretical part deals with the rules and their creation in a kindergarten. In the practical part, the rules are described with which the children are acquainted in kindergartens, what behavioural manifestations kindergarten teachers describe as indiscipline and in what ways the indiscipline is solved that occurs in the kindergarten environment. In the conclusion there are summarized information from in-depth interviews with kindergarten teachers.
