Relationship between illiteracy values, competence and productivity among industrial workers
Abstract
This study was applied on four groups of industrial workers in Egypt. Data of their productivity was collected. The results show that there is a statistical significant between illiterate and educated in violation of work instructions and late to work. Also, there were significant in religious and ethics values. Moreover, the results present that there is statistical significant between the producers and the educated and non-educated producers in the sanctions and absenteeism.Date
