Co-creation or hubris? Responses to biotechnology in Christianity, Judaism and Islam

Abstract

This book chapter discusses the reactions within a few Christian churches, Judaism and Islam to a number of recent biotechnological interventions: assisted reproduction, embryonic stem cells, genetic intervention, cloning, and organ transplantation.
