Оценка корпоративной социальной ответственности бизнеса

Abstract

В статье изложены некоторые вопросы, связанные с влиянием социальной ответственности бизнеса на развитие внешней и внутренней среды предприятия. Также были рассмотрены проблемы оценки корпоративной социальной ответственности, виды социальной отчетности и ряд индексов по социальным инвестициям. Актуальность обусловлена связью с исследованием проблемы оценки корпоративной социальной ответственности бизнеса. Цель работы: анализ методики оценки корпоративной социальной ответственности российских предприятий и выявление наиболее важных ее направлений. Методы исследования: описательный, аналитический, а также структурный, позволившие проанализировать существующие практики по социальной ответственности российских предприятий и выявить параметры оценки модели социальной ответственности. Результаты: на основе анализа методик оценки корпоративной социальной ответственности были выявлены недостатки, а также разработаны пути их устранения.The article outlines some of the issues related to the impact of corporate social responsibility on the development of the external and internal environment of the enterprises. There were also discussed the issues of the assessment of corporate social responsibility, the forms of social reporting and the indexes for social investments. The relevance of the study is determined by the connection with the analysis of the corporate social responsibility assessment. The aim is to analyze the methodology for assessing corporate social responsibility of Russian enterprises and to identify the most important areas of assessment. Methods: descriptive, analytical and structural which allowed us to analyze the existing practices of social responsibility of Russian companies and to identify the parameters of assessment of the model of social responsibility. Results: on the basis of the analysis of the evaluation methods of corporate social responsibility we have identified deficiencies and developed the ways to eliminate them.
