Соціальна відповідальність бізнесу як фактор збалансування ринку праці

Abstract

У статті розглядаються фактори стабілізації ринку праці в Україні. Досягнення балансу на ринку праці пов'язане з діяльністю інституційних суб'єктів у сфері соціального партнерства. Участь бізнесу в підготовці кваліфікованої робочої сили розглядається як важливий напрямок соціального партнерства. Наводяться приклади досвіду європейських країн у розвитку партнерства бізнесу і сфери освіти. Визначається сучасний рівень соціальної відповідальності українських підприємців. Досліджуються напрямки досягнення відповідності якості освіти потребам бізнесу. Пропонуються заходи щодо створення сприятливого середовища для соціального партнерства. Розглянуто економічні методи стимулювання співпраці сфери освіти і бізнесу в підготовці кваліфікованих фахівців.

The paper discusses factors of stabilization of the Ukrainian labor market. The research is aimed
 at studying the opportunities for improvement in corporate social responsibility as well as the influence of actors in social partnership relations on stabilization of the labor market in Ukraine. The balance in the labor market is a function of activities of institutional actors in the field of social partnership. Participation of business in preparation of qualified work force is considered as an important area of social partnership. The paper presents examples of the European experience in developing partnership between business and education. It establishes the modern level of social responsibility of Ukrainian businessmen. It investigates the areas for improvement of conformance of the quality of education with
 business needs. It offers measures to form a favorable environment for social partnership. It considers economic methods to promote cooperation of education and business in training qualified specialists. This includes students work placement partially financed by the state, full or partial financing of training of necessary specialists by companies, subsidies and benefits on the part of the state aimed at improvement of labor resources mobility.
