Open Access: pour une meilleure visibilité de la production scientifique médicale au Maroc

Abstract

The international databases of the Institute for Scientific Information (ISI) are essential tools but incomplete to evaluate the performance of the research and provide statistical indicators on the volume of scientific production of a country. In this context, we present the results of a bibliometric study of scientific production from the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy, Casablanca (Morocco). We will focus on the possibilities offered by open access (the green and the gold roads) to increase the visibility of local production.
