Para este ensayo se recogió la siguiente tesis, si la RSE se formula como una manera de
 responder, desde la formación en el nivel de empresario, a los cuestionamientos acerca del impacto
 de las actividades productivas de las empresas en los campos social, ambiental e incluso económico,
 entonces, las empresas son conscientes que pueden ayudar al mejoramiento del desarrollo sostenible
 al hacer que sus empleados favorezcan el crecimiento económico a la vez que aumentan su
 competitividad y fomentan el desarrollo social, o dicho de otro modo, las empresas serán más
 conscientes si adoptan para sí la educación de sus empleados como estrategia desde la RSE.

For this essay the following thesis was collected, if the CSR is formulated as a way of
 respond, from training at the entrepreneur level, to questions about the impact
 of the productive activities of companies in the social, environmental and even economic fields,
 then, companies are aware that they can help to improve sustainable development
 by making their employees favor economic growth while increasing their
 competitiveness and promote social development, or in other words, companies will be more
 conscious if they adopt for themselves the education of their employees as a strategy from the RSE.
