Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor
 seperti komitmen personal, identitas organisasi, budaya perusahaan, ekonomi,
 regulasi, dan sosial terhadap praktek Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) pada
 perusahaan keluarga.
 Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan surveu
 terhadap responden yang bekerja di perusahaan keluarga sebagai manajer yang
 mengelola kegiatan CSR di Semarang. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak
 38 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode kuantitiatif melalui regresi
 linier berganda mengunakan program SPSS versi 21.
 Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan faktor-faktor
 seperti komitmen personal, identitas organisasi, budaya perusahaan, ekonomi,
 regulasi, dan sosial adalah sangat signifikan terhadap praktek Corporate Social
 Responsibility (CSR) pada perusahaan keluarga.

Export search results

The export option will allow you to export the current search results of the entered query to a file. Different formats are available for download. To export the items, click on the button corresponding with the preferred download format.

By default, clicking on the export buttons will result in a download of the allowed maximum amount of items.
