This research attempts to examine the difference perception of accountant scholars and students to business ethics in the Private University in Jogjakarta. Beside, this research also to examine the ethics contents in the accounting education based on the accountant scholars and students. Data of this research is collected by distributing questioner as much 128 students and 33 accountant scholars in the Private University in Jogjakarta. The result of this research shows that there is a significant difference perception to the business ethics between the new students and the old one. According to the mean examine, the accountant scholars perception to business ethics are better than students. Beside, most of the ethics content in the accounting curriculum is not enough to give the student's ethics. The respondents suggest integrating the business ethics to any course (43%).Date
