Image Studentské Unie UTB

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá image Studentské Unie UTB a sleduje proces její tvorby. Na počátku takového procesu stojí leader, který se stává symbolem hodnot a vizí této organizace. Pokud se s těmito hodnotami dokáží členové ztotožnit, dokáží vytvořit jedinečnou kulturu organizace, která je základem pro silnou identitu. Výsledná image organizace je pak odrazem právě této identity. První část práce hledá teoretická východiska pro uchopení tohoto procesu a dává veškeré kroky tohoto procesu do souvislostí. Druhá část se zabývá Studentskou Unii UTB. Analýzám byly podrobeny tři zainteresované skupiny ? prezidenti, členové a veřejnost. Jejich představy o této organizaci jsou dány do souvislostí a především je zkoumáno, jestli vnímají Studentskou Unii UTB podobně, nebo je mezi vizemi leaderů, vnitřní image a vnější image rozpor.

This work is focused on image UTB Student Union and follows the process of its creation. At the beginning of this process is leader, who becomes a symbol of the values and visions of the organization. If members can identify themself with these values, they can create a unique culture of the organization, which is the basis for the strong identity. The image is then result of this particular identity. At the first part is described theory for these issues. The second part is concerned with TBU Student Union. Three stakeholder groups were analyzed ? presidents, members and the public. Is studied, if these stakeholders have the same opinion about Student Union, or not.
