Abstract
"Financial scandals, unfriendly takeovers, and generous payments to managers in financial institutions cause vehement concern within the public sphere. However, functional deficits of existing financial markets can merely be eliminated by political regulation and ethical structuring of global financial markets and through to the two crucial principles: stability and participation."
