Abstract
International audienceAvec l'engouement grandissant envers ce qu'on appelle les New Ways of Work (NWoW) nous assistons aujourd'hui à la prolifération de nouveaux dispositifs de travail collaboratifs notamment le Coworking qui renvoie à l'idée du travail en synergie en s'appuyant sur les TIC. Dans le cadre de cette étude nous cherchons à explorer dans quelle mesure le recours aux dispositifs émergents de travail collaboratifs favorise le bien être des coworkers. Notre expérience d'immersion dans un espace de coworking nous a conduits à traiter cette question de recherche par le biais d'une observation participante complétée par des entre-tiens semi-directifs avec nos coworkers ainsi que d'une analyse de ressources secondaires. Une fois identifiées les motivations à l'origine de l'adoption du coworking puis les dimensions particulières qui favorisent le bien-être des personnes qui choisissent ces espaces de travail collaboratifs comme cadre pour exercer leur activité professionnelle, se dégagent des interactions collaboratives et une communauté de pratiques à même de développer des réseaux de compétences et la co-construction de projets.
With the evolving infatuation for the so-called New Ways of Work (NWoW) we witness today the arrival of new collaborative working devices, especially « Coworking » which refers to the idea of working in synergy by relying on ICT. As part of this study, we are exploring the extent to which the use of emerging collabora-tive work arrangements promotes the well-being of coworkers. In light of our experience's results of getting involved in a coworking space, we have tried to answer our research question through a participatory observation supplemented by semi-directive interviews with our coworkers as well as an analysis of secondary resources. Our main objective is, first, to identify the motivations behind the adoption of coworking : second, to identify the particular dimensions that foster the well-being of those who choose these collaborative workspaces as a support for the exercise of their professional activity. Last, we will discuss the collaborative interactions and the community of practice that promote both networks of skills and co-creation of projects.

 progress at the strictly institutional level. No country now
 publicly opposes the implementation of decentralization
 policies. Local governments exist in all countries, and
 elections are held to elect local authorities. The extent of
 such progress must, however, be set against a number of
 persistent obstacles that continue to hinder a real
 progression of decentralization in Africa. Difficulties
 remain within states concerning the transfer of financial
 resources needed to match the devolved responsibilities.
 Local governments also face difficulties in increasing their
 own resources (aside from state-transfers and grants) at a
 faster pace. Ensuring the availability of qualified human
 resources at the local level and improving public access to
 local services are also fundamental issues of concern.
