Abstract
Today terms ethics and morality are words we encounter in daily life. With the development of society, certain moral norms and ethical requirements evolved and developed, trying to determine the correct ways of dealing in certain situations. The business world has long been accepting an unwritten rule thate profitability is above all and beyond ethical rules. Such a way of thinking has created many big companies and brought a lot of money to many individuals. On the other hand, such a way of thinking has led to the devastation of natural resources and nature at all, great social inequalities, exploitation of labor force, the use of children to carry out difficult and poorly paid jobs. Earning huge profits without any restrictions, it was both taken from nature and from people. More frequent mention of the protection of human and workers' rights, protection of children, nature pollution, etc., has been able to change people s consciousness to a sufficient extent to begin to look at such practices and, more importantly, to start punishing their perpetrators. Business entities were not required to stop making profits, but people began to look for that profits are not realized/impemented at all costs and without any moral responsibility. With the emergence of business ethics, it s development and growing interest in the issues it deals with, it has begun to change the rules of the game in the business world. Business ethics is no longer something that is just a story for marketing purposes, but becomes a serious competitive advantage and an important postulate for successful business. Although business ethics can not yet be said to be a set of moral norms, that all business are subject to , thay still have a great deal of progress in the direction of ethnically and socially responsible behavior of business entities.
