GOVERNMENT STIMULUS PACKAGE TO HELP MODERNIZATION THROUGH “GREEN” TECHNOLOGY AS A MEASURE TO MEET THE CHALLENGES TO THE RUSSIAN ECONOMY

Abstract

The study examines administrative relations arising between the state and business at the present stage of economic development. Importance and relevance of the topic resides in the fact that the state administrative influence is viewed through the analysis of factors compelling national governments to step up actions ensuring transition from the traditional to “green” economy.The purpose of the work is to reveal the essence of expected changes in the national economy structure and national investment regulation that are anticipated in the medium term under the influence of a new (“green”) trend which a trend that has emerged recently in the global management of economic and financial processes.The study results prove that in order to re-orientate the national economy towards a “green” growth model it is necessary to integrate the principles of “green” economy in the state and corporate governance of economic and financial processes.
