The communication point of view allows us to improve the understanding of the evolution of normative systems, that are more and more opened to the society (we can mention their cognitive opening in relation to their environments). The changing dimension of the Law appears to us more clearly, and it is the same, according to us, concerning hybrid regulation issues. This regulation is autonomous, private, and produces normative frameworks or devices that are meant to carry out this regulation.Date
